Abiding Presence Lutheran Church hosted an exciting Burn the Note event on Sunday, January 7, to commemorate the magnificent accomplishment of completely paying off their mortgage loan, which amounted to an impressive $1.7 million.
In October, our church hosted a remarkable Reformation Celebration, where we witnessed an incredible feat. We raised over $33,000 through an amazing art auction. Five talented church members created the beautiful paintings for an auction during Lent 2023.
The Executive Council, Pastor Steve, Pastor Heather, and the administration staff want to thank everyone who came.
It was truly awe-inspiring to witness the coming together of both former and founding members, who once dreamed about the future of APLC many years ago, as they rejoined with current members to commemorate this remarkable achievement.
